Itaru Yazawa

Co-Founder: Mr. Yazawa is an expert in the HPLC field, having developed a variety of the world's most popular HPLC instrumentation. Mr. Yazawa is currently the Vice-President of Imtakt Corporation. Previously, Mr. Yazawa developed the YMC column. He has also contributed to HPLC components for Shimadzu and performed countless HPLC experiments while at Kanebo, a large Japanese cosmetics firm.

Andrew Herman

Co-Founder: Prior to starting Silvertone Sciences, Andrew served as a senior executive at Advertising.com, a successful Internet marketing company. He has also worked as an investment banker for J.P. Morgan, an M&A specialist for Danaher Corporation, and has served as an advisor to several start-up corporations. Andrew received his MBA from Columbia University.

Michael Robbins

Co-Founder: Before starting Silvertone Sciences, Michael worked at Kyoto Research Park, a high-technology incubator and Imtakt's birth place. While at the Kyoto Research Park, Michael consulted to and incubated numerous start-ups and technology ventures. Michael received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
