Due to its partial end-capping, the Cadenza CL-C18 opens a new world of separation possibilities.  Almost all recent ODS columns have complete endcapping -- however, complete endcaping makes some separations impossible. Conversely, ODS columns with no endcapping whatsoever provides poor elution characteristics due to the influence of silanol.  Our new Cadenza CL-C18 with partial endcapping uniquely optimizes the remaining silanol for separartions that cannot be performed with full endcapping.

Cadenza is a high-quality, 3μm HPLC column series. All Cadenza columns deliver up to 100,000 plates/column -- nearly twice the number of plates of same-size conventional columns.  Like every Silvertone column, Cadenza columns provide lower back pressure than other 3 micron columns, as well as excellent durability and reproducibility.
